– Senior PMO / Program Governance Lead

Location - India (Hybrid)

Role Summary

Seeking a delivery-focused Senior PMO with 10+ years of experience driving large-scale transformation programs. The role requires solid ownership of program delivery, governance,



executive stakeholder management, reporting, financial oversight, and risk management, preferably within Banking/Financial Services.

Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end program delivery from planning to closure.
- Lead governance forums, Steering Committees, and executive reviews.
- Manage RAID, dependencies, milestones, budgets, forecasts, and resources.
- Develop executive dashboards, governance packs, and board-level presentations.
- Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Drive change management, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years in PMO, Program Management, or Portfolio Governance.
- Strong governance leadership and delivery ownership.
- Executive stakeholder management and executive reporting.
- Risk, Issue, Dependency, and Change Management.
- Advanced Excel: XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards, Automation.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills.

Preferred
- Banking / Financial Services experience.
- Large-scale transformation programs.
- Power BI/Tableau, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.

Ideal Candidate: A senior PMO leader who can confidently engage executives, lead governance, build advanced reporting solutions, and drive successful transformation delivery with strong ownership and accountability.
