We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plumbing Project Manager / Engineer to lead and oversee plumbing works across our projects in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale plumbing projects from planning to execution.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage plumbing project execution at site level.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to site teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and quality checks.
- Manage workforce allocation and ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and project timelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1020 years of experience in plumbing works and site project management.
- Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, fire safety installations, and construction practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and handle client/contractor coordination.
