Role Description The PLC Programmer is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.

Responsibilities include designing, programming, and testing PLC logic for industrial automation projects, along with configuring HMIs and integrating servo and motion controllers. The role involves troubleshooting and optimizing control systems, commissioning equipment at client sites,



and ensuring reliable communication with remote I/O and other field devices. The PLC Programmer will collaborate with engineers and project teams to understand process requirements, prepare documentation, and provide technical support during installation and after deployment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in PLC programming and configuration for major platforms and industrial applications.
- Experience with HMI design, servo systems, motion controllers, and remote I/O integration.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, control panel wiring, and basic electrical standards.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs;, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in automation environments.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
