Role Description The Plant Quality Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and improving quality management across HPIPL’s manufacturing operations. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet internal standards, ISO requirements, and customer specifications.

The Plant Quality

Manager will review production data, conduct root-cause analyses of defects, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to strengthen quality performance. They will establish and maintain documentation for quality procedures, lead internal audits, support vendor quality assessment, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.



The role also includes training plant personnel on quality best practices, promoting continuous improvement, and aligning all quality activities with HPIPL’s focus on innovation, safety, and sustainability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong quality management skills, including experience with quality control systems, ISO standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, lean manufacturing).
- Candidates should possess technical and analytical skills, such as data analysis, root-cause investigation, problem-solving, and familiarity with manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
- Candidates should possess process and documentation skills, including developing SOPs, maintaining quality records, conducting internal audits, and preparing clear quality reports and dashboards.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders, and convey complex quality issues in a clear, concise manner.
- Candidates should possess leadership and training skills, with experience guiding plant teams on quality standards, safety practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, industrial engineering, or a related field, along with prior experience in manufacturing or infrastructure-related industries.
- Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of automation systems, familiarity with parking or infrastructure projects, proficiency with quality-related software tools, and a strong commitment to safety and sustainability
