- 4+ years of experience in plant operations within the bitumen or related process manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of operations and laboratory testing of Bitumen, PMB(Polymer Modified Bitumen), CRMB(Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen)and Bitumen Emulsion.
- Good understanding of plant mechanical challenges and their troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP-ERP for operations, inventory, and material management.
- Experience in handling loading, unloading, material movement, and weighbridge/weight reconciliation.
- Solid technical knowledge of plant operations and process management.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
