Key Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Plant Operations: Supervise day-to-day RMC plant operations and ensure uninterrupted production.

- Production Planning: Plan concrete production according to project/site requirements and delivery schedules.

- Manpower Management: Manage plant operators, mechanics, electricians, drivers, and helpers.

- Raw Material Management: Monitor cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures, and other materials; maintain proper stock levels.

- Quality Control: Ensure concrete is produced according to approved mix designs and required specifications.

- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of batching plants, conveyors, mixers, pumps, compressors, etc.

- Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate with site teams, truck mixers, and transport staff to ensure timely concrete delivery.

- Safety: Implement plant safety procedures and ensure workers follow PPE and safe-working practices.

- Documentation: Maintain production records, material consumption, equipment logs, breakdown reports, and daily production reports.

- Cost Control: Reduce material wastage, optimize production, and control operational expenses.

- Troubleshooting: Handle plant breakdowns, production delays, concrete quality issues, and other operational problems.

- Coordination:



Work closely with QA/QC, project/site engineers, procurement, maintenance, and management.

- Environmental Compliance: Ensure proper housekeeping, dust control, water management, and compliance with applicable environmental requirements.
