- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering
Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance.
- Candidates should have experience in Masterbatch / Compounding / Polymer / Plastic manufacturing industries .
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial / supervisory role .
Salary : Maximum 15 LPA (Plz Dont Apply if your expected package is more than 15 LPA)

Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities for all electrical systems and equipment, including extruders, mixers, MCC panels, VFDs, HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets and other utility equipment. Monitor power distribution and energy consumption and implement measures to improve energy efficiency.
2. Troubleshooting & Breakdown Management
Lead the team in resolving electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum equipment downtime. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurring failures.
3. Team Management & Training
Supervise and guide the electrical maintenance team across all shifts. Ensure proper manpower utilization and provide regular training related to electrical safety, troubleshooting techniques, recent technologies and maintenance practices.
4. Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements and EHS policies. Maintain all necessary maintenance records and documentation for statutory, ISO and internal audits .
5. Spare Parts & Vendor Coordination
Maintain adequate inventory of critical electrical spare parts. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs, AMC services, technical support and procurement activities.
6. Projects & Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives, automation improvements and process enhancements to increase plant efficiency and reliability. Support plant expansion, equipment installation, commissioning and new project activities .
7. Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and manage the annual electrical maintenance budget. Monitor maintenance expenses, optimize costs and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out within the approved budget.
