We are hiring a Plant HR & Industrial Relations Head for a leading global automotive component manufacturing company at Ranjangaon, Maharashtra.

The role will be responsible for managing the complete Plant HR, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Union Management and Labour Law Compliance functions while ensuring a harmonious industrial environment and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead Plant HR & Industrial Relations for the manufacturing plant.
- Manage trade unions, employee representatives and workforce relations.
- Lead wage settlements, Long-Term Settlements (LTS), collective bargaining and union negotiations.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries and misconduct cases.
- Manage industrial disputes, employee unrest, absenteeism and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and factory regulations.
- Liaise with Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate, PF, ESI and other statutory authorities.
- Manage contract labour, apprentices, trainees and permanent workforce.
- Drive manpower planning, workforce optimization and labour productivity.




- Partner with Plant Head and functional leaders on HR strategy, employee engagement and productivity improvement.
- Handle labour-related legal cases, labour courts and industrial tribunals.
- Drive employee communication, welfare, engagement and capability-building initiatives.
- Monitor labour costs, overtime, manpower budgets and workforce deployment.

Mandatory Requirements:-

- 15-20 years of overall HR experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
- Minimum 8-10 years of Industrial Relations (IR) experience.
- Strong experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, preferably automotive/auto components.
- Proven experience in Wage Settlement, LTS, Collective Bargaining and Union Negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience handling permanent, contract, apprentice and trainee manpower.
- Hands-on experience in Domestic Enquiry, Disciplinary Proceedings, Grievance Handling and Industrial Disputes.
- Exposure to Labour Court / Industrial Tribunal matters will be preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
