We are looking for an experienced Plant Head Precast to manage end-to-end plant operations, production, quality, maintenance, manpower, safety, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall precast plant operations and achieve production targets.
- Plan and monitor production as per project requirements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure quality compliance, minimize rejection and rework.
- Manage plant machinery, moulds, maintenance, and equipment utilization.
- Control production costs, material wastage, and manpower productivity.
- Lead and develop production, QA/QC, maintenance, and plant teams.
- Ensure safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with Projects, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams.
- Drive productivity and continuous-improvement initiatives.
