ROLE &

- RESPONSIBILITIES

- Convert customer demand, rolling forecasts and sales plans into executable production plans.

- Drive daily, weekly and monthly production reviews to ensure committed volumes are delivered.

- Own plant contribution towards OTIF / OTD performance.

- Coordinate with PPC, Stores, Production, Quality and Dispatch to meet internal and customer commitments.

- Identify potential bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions before delivery risks arise.

- Ensure production plan adherence with effective WIP and inventory control.

- Drive productivity, capacity utilization and operational efficiency across the plant.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong Machining Process Expertise.





- Plant Operations Management in Automotive / Heavy Manufacturing.

- Solid understanding of Production Planning &
- Execution

- Budget Management.

- Knowledge of OEE, Productivity &
