- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Manage a team of supervisors to achieve optimal performance in fabrication, sheet metal processing, robotic welding, MIG welding, and other manufacturing activities.
- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies to improve profitability through effective resource allocation and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Job Requirements :
- 18-26 years of experience in plant management or similar role in the auto components industry.
- Solid understanding of EBITDA analysis and P&L; management principles.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial projects involving fabrication, weld shop operations (MIG & TIG), sheet metal processing.
