- Plan and revise if needed Construction Schedules as per commitments or timetables of the project with use of, specific programs or tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.

- Establish information on required tools, materials, equipment, number of workers needed and cost projections.

- Preparation of various reports, bar-charts, Histograms, Construction Programmes and progress curves, coordinating with clients and consultants, monitoring of the construction programme, etc.

- Tracking & Monitoring Progress, using planning tools such as MSP 2000 & 2003 , Primavera

- Calculate figures, such as required amounts of Resource available and required, direct and indirect project costs, reconciliations, inventory reports

- Review documents,



such as Construction schedules, work orders, to determine Resource requirements or material priorities.

- Progress Summary and Detail calculation representing project status and Progress curves, Methodologies, preparing the construction schedules in MS Excel for monitoring purpose,

- Record Project Progress and construction data, including quantities, consumption of raw materials.

- Review Project Progress Plan, critical chain of the project and highlight delays lag and lead indicator to Project Manager and Seniors.
