- Develop placement strategies, achieve placement targets, and ensure successful candidate closures.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and commercial discussions.

- Coordinate interviews, assessments, selection processes, and joining formalities with clients and candidates.

- Maintain a database of corporate clients, job requirements, candidates, interviews, selections, and placements.
