Job Role: Placement Coordinator

Location: Head Office Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate placement activities and Campus drive placement opportunities for candidates.

- Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment Campus drives, and candidate interactions.
- Communicate placement-related updates to candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain placement records, databases, and reports.
- Follow up with candidates and employers throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the team in achieving placement targets.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive coordination and follow-up skills.




- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Ms Excel.
- Ability to work with candidates and corporate recruiters professionally.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline.

- Freshers with robust communication and coordination skills may also apply.
- Prior experience in placement, recruitment, HR, or coordinator will be an added advantage.
