Role Description The Placement Director (EDTECH - 30 LPA) will lead and manage all placement-related activities for learners enrolled in the company’s edtech programs. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and requires regular collaboration with hiring partners, internal academic teams, and learners.

The Placement

Director will design and implement placement strategies, build and maintain corporate relationships, and negotiate hiring partnerships and placement targets. Daily responsibilities include guiding learners on career readiness, organizing mock interviews and workshops, tracking placement metrics, and reporting outcomes to leadership.



The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, aligning training with industry demands, and ensuring a high-quality experience for both learners and employers.

Qualifications

- Solid experience in placement management, campus hiring, or talent acquisition within education, edtech, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to build and maintain corporate partnerships, employer networks, and industry relationships.
- Skill in career counseling, learner mentoring, and conducting placement readiness activities such as resume reviews and mock interviews.
- Competence in data analysis, placement reporting, and using metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous leadership experience in an edtech company, training institute, or university placement cell is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with current industry hiring trends, tech and non-tech roles, and employability skills development.
