Role Description The Placement Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The role involves liaising with partner organizations and recruitment consultants to identify suitable job opportunities for candidates enrolled in Eduzi’s programs.

The Placement

Coordinator will manage end-to-end placement activities, including tracking candidate progress, organizing interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, and maintaining accurate placement records. The role also includes providing placement guidance, conducting pre-interview preparation sessions,



and addressing candidate queries related to job applications and career pathways.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to effectively support and guide learners through the placement process.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for interacting with recruiters, partners, and candidates.
- Candidates should possess education-related skills and an understanding of training or academic environments to coordinate effectively with faculty and program stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess recruiting skills, such as candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with hiring organizations.
- Relevant experience in placement coordination, career services, recruitment, or HR is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field, is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines are advantageous.
- Comfort with using digital tools, spreadsheets, and placement management systems will be helpful for success in this role.
