Associate Director Career Services & Placements

Location: Bangalore | Experience: 12-15 Years

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to drive Career Services & Placements for a large online learner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead placement strategy, career services, corporate outreach and placement operations.
- Build strong relationships with CHROs, TA leaders, corporates and industry partners.
- Drive employer partnerships, placement volumes and quality hiring outcomes.
- Lead career-readiness initiatives including coaching, resume building and interview preparation.
- Own end-to-end placement operations, dashboards, SLAs and governance.
- Lead and develop high-performing Career Services and Placement teams.
- Collaborate with Academic, Product, Marketing and Technology teams to improve learner outcomes.

Candidate Profile
- 12-15 years of experience in Placements,



Career Services, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition or HR.
- 7-9 years of experience leading placement/career services teams.
- Robust employer/recruiter network and experience engaging senior HR stakeholders.
- Experience in Higher Education, EdTech or Workforce Development preferred.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Exposure to platforms such as Superset, Unstop, FirstNaukri, LineupX or similar.
