DizitalAdda Group is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement & Corporate Relations Manager to manage student placements and build strong corporate hiring partnerships across our brands:

? DizitalAdda – Digital Marketing

? Nidads – Data Science & Data Analytics

? Nigape – Generative AI, Prompt Engineering & AI

? NIHACS – Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking

? Key Responsibilities

- Prepare students for interviews, mock interviews & career opportunities .
- Create/update students' CVs and LinkedIn profiles .
- Match students with relevant job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, selections & joining.
- Build solid relationships with HRs, Recruiters & Hiring Managers .
- Develop new corporate tie-ups and placement partnerships .
- Organize placement drives and recruitment activities.
- Maintain placement records and regularly report placement performance.

? Key Hiring Domains Digital Marketing: SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, Google/Meta Ads





Data: Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Science, BI, Analytics

AI: Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, LLM, AI Automation, NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning

Cyber Security: SOC, Ethical Hacking, VAPT, Penetration Testing, Information Security

✔️ Placement / Recruitment / HR experience

✔️ Existing HR & recruiter network

✔️ Strong LinkedIn networking skills

✔️ Corporate tie-up experience

✔️ Good communication & negotiation skills

✔️ Ability to work with placement targets
