Requirements:
- MBBS with MD/MS in Orthopedics or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in orthopedic surgery.
- Proven expertise in trauma management, Total Knee Replacement (TKR), and Total Hip Replacement (THR).
- Proficiency in using contemporary surgical instruments and orthopedic implants.
- Strong understanding of pre-operative planning, intraoperative precision, and post-operative care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and healthcare teams.
- Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional growth.
- Willingness to work in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical setting with rotating shifts and on-call duties.
