Qualification: BPT / MPT from a recognized institution
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our rehabilitation team. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized physiotherapy plans, providing therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services, and maintaining proper patient records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical conditions and mobility limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy, therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening and mobility training.
- Work with children and patients with physical disabilities and developmental conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Maintain accurate daily treatment and patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors, occupational therapists, special educators, caregivers and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate parents/caregivers regarding home-based exercises and patient care.
- Ensure proper use, cleaning and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
- Maintain professional, respectful and compassionate behaviour with patients and their families.
- Follow institutional safety, hygiene and documentation procedures.
Required Skills:
- Good clinical and therapeutic exercise skills
- Patient assessment and rehabilitation planning
- Experience with pediatric/disability rehabilitation is preferred
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy while working with children
- Ability to maintain clinical records and documentation
- Teamwork and professional discipline
Eligibility:
- BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) mandatory
- MPT candidates may also apply
- Valid professional registration, wherever applicable
- Freshers with relevant clinical training may be considered
Salary: Depending on qualification and experience.
