Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Regen Wellness in Nashik. The Physiotherapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver physiotherapy interventions such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and electrotherapy as clinically indicated. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed physical evaluations, documenting treatment progress, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, and providing guidance on injury prevention and lifestyle modification.

The role involves working closely with other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate clinical records, and adhering to clinic protocols and professional standards.



The Physiotherapist is expected to participate in case discussions, support patient follow-ups, and contribute to a positive and safe clinical workplace.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution; valid registration with the appropriate professional council.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and hands-on physiotherapy techniques for musculoskeletal and/or neurological conditions.
- Ability to educate patients clearly, provide home exercise instructions, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Comfort with maintaining detailed clinical documentation, using basic digital tools, and following evidence-based protocols.
- Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and commitment to ethical, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory patient care.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Nashik, manage a clinical schedule, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Prior clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation center is preferred; experience with sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, or chronic pain management is an advantage.
- Ongoing interest in professional development, attending workshops or courses related to physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
