Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Physician Assistant – ER to support emergency physicians and the clinical team in providing timely and quality patient care. The candidate should be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced emergency department and assisting with patient assessment, emergency procedures, documentation, and coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist emergency physicians in the assessment and management of patients.
- Obtain and document patient history, vital signs, and clinical information.
- Perform initial patient assessment and identify patients requiring immediate attention.
- Assist with emergency procedures and minor clinical procedures as directed by the physician.
- Monitor patients and promptly report changes in their clinical condition.
- Assist in resuscitation and emergency response activities when required.
- Coordinate with nurses, doctors, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation.




- Assist with ordering and following up on investigations as directed by the physician.
- Support patient admission, transfer, referral, and discharge processes.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Provide appropriate communication and support to patients and their attendants.

Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant / B.Sc. Physician Assistant or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in an Emergency Room.
- Valuable knowledge of emergency care procedures and clinical practices.
- Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Strong documentation and patient-care skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
