Physical Director

Location: G H Raisoni International Skill-Tech University, Pune, Maharashtra

G H Raisoni International Skill-Tech University is seeking a passionate, energetic, and qualified Physical Director to join our institution. The candidate will be responsible for promoting physical fitness, sports activities, student wellness, and overall sports development on campus.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and conduct physical education and sports activities for students.
- Promote physical fitness, health, wellness, and an active lifestyle among students.
- Organize indoor and outdoor sports events, competitions, and tournaments.
- Identify, train, and guide students for inter-college, university, state, and national-level competitions.
- Manage and maintain sports facilities, equipment, and playgrounds.
- Prepare training schedules and fitness programs for students.
- Coordinate with university management for sports events and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and proper conduct during sports and physical activities.
- Maintain records related to sports activities, achievements, and student participation.
- Encourage teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and overall personality development among students.





Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed. / M.P.Ed.) or an equivalent qualification.
- Candidates meeting applicable university and regulatory norms will be preferred.
- Relevant experience in sports coaching, physical education, or institutional sports management is desirable.
- Freshers with excellent knowledge and passion for physical education and sports may also apply.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of sports and physical fitness.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to train and motivate students.
- Sports event planning and management skills.
- Knowledge of different indoor and outdoor games.
- Ability to work effectively with students and academic teams.
