Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Profile Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Physical Stock Verification (PSV) Executive to manage physical stock counting, inventory verification, and reconciliation activities at our warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that physical stock matches system records and identifying any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory counting at the warehouse.
- Verify physical quantities against ERP/system stock records.
- Identify and report stock shortages, excess quantities, damages, and discrepancies.
- Prepare stock verification and reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse, Dispatch, Purchase, and Accounts teams for stock-related issues.
- Ensure proper identification, counting, and location-wise verification of inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of physical stock verification activities.
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic stock audits as required.
- Investigate differences between physical stock and system stock and report the reasons.
- Verify incoming and outgoing stock whenever required.
- Ensure proper stock handling and adherence to warehouse inventory procedures.




- Support internal and external stock audits.
- Maintain proper documentation of all stock verification reports and findings.

Education
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates with a Diploma in Inventory Management, Logistics, or Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
- Strong numerical and counting skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience working with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems will be preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to conduct frequent physical stock counts and warehouse inspections.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in Physical Stock Verification, Inventory Control, Stock Audit, Warehouse Operations, or Inventory Management will be preferred.
- Experience in the Building Materials / Flooring / Interior Products / Construction Materials industry will be an added advantage.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and handling physical inventory verification activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
