About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Laravel & PHP Developer to develop, maintain, and optimize RiskBirbal’s web applications, CRM, internal systems, and insurance technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.

- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
- Develop backend modules for CRM, WellConnect, and internal applications.
- Work with MySQL databases, including queries, relationships, migrations, and optimization.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications.
- Implement authentication, authorization, validations, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT, Product, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform testing, bug fixing, and production support.
- Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and participate in deployment activities.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Core PHP and Laravel.

- Experience with Laravel MVC architecture, Eloquent ORM, Middleware, Routes,



Controllers, and Migrations.
- Good knowledge of MySQL.
- Experience in REST API development and integration.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with Postman for API testing.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Basic understanding of Linux/SSH and server deployment.
- Experience with aaPanel/cPanel will be an advantage.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

* Experience with CodeIgniter 3/4 or Core PHP projects.

- Experience working with insurance, CRM, ERP, or financial applications.
- Knowledge of third-party API integrations and payment/notification APIs.
- Understanding of application security and database optimization.

Qualification

B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT), MCA, BCA, or equivalent qualification.
