Role Description This is a part time remote role for a PHP Developer at Hnaya Skills. The PHP Developer will design, develop, and maintain back-end functionality for web applications, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable code.

Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, integrating front-end components, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.



The role involves collaborating with content, product, and design teams to support the learning and storytelling platforms, as well as documenting technical solutions and following best practices in version control and testing.

Qualifications

- Strong Back-End Web Development skills with experience in PHP and related frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Competence in Front-End Development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integration with back-end services.
- Experience in general Software Development and Programming, including debugging, testing, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL), APIs, and basic security practices for web applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment and manage part-time schedules effectively.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Relevant degree or coursework in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
