Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Photographer role based in the Pune Division. The Photographer will plan and execute catalogue and lifestyle shoots for e-commerce products, including pre-shoot preparation, lighting setup, and composition.

Responsibilities include capturing high-quality images and video, coordinating with creative and marketing teams on shoot concepts, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves editing and retouching images, organizing and archiving digital assets, and preparing content for use across online stores, social media, and campaigns.



The Photographer will also support in studio equipment maintenance and contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and production workflows.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in product and lifestyle photography, with proficiency in composition, lighting, and camera operation.
- Experience with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar) and basic color correction and retouching techniques.
- Ability to plan and coordinate shoots, including working with stylists, models, and creative teams to align visuals with brand objectives.
- Understanding of e-commerce and social media requirements for visual content, including image formats, resolutions, and platform-specific best practices.
- Good organizational skills for managing digital asset libraries, naming conventions, and backup routines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Capacity to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant training or education in photography, visual arts, media, or a related field; prior experience in commercial or e-commerce photography is an advantage.
