Role Description The Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert will design and deliver engaging online lessons in phonics, spoken English, and public speaking for younger kids and working professionals. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting live interactive sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support confidence and communication skills. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine teaching materials, integrating digital tools for effective delivery,



and maintaining explicit communication with learners and guardians where applicable.

This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability for scheduled sessions and adherence to organizational standards for quality and learner experience.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, spoken English, and public speaking for diverse age groups.
- Experience in online teaching or e-learning environments, including use of video conferencing and digital classroom tools.
- Ability to design clear, age-appropriate lesson plans and engaging learning activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric approach.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate both children and adult learners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in language training, soft skills coaching, or tutoring is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote working setup.
