Job Summary:
The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients on proper medication use, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Medication Dispensing: Precisely prepare and dispense prescriptions, ensuring compliance with medical orders and legal standards.
Ø Patient Counselling : Offer clear guidance on medication usage, side effects, and interactions to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Ø Medication Safety: Review prescriptions and patient profiles for accuracy, monitor for drug interactions, and ensure optimal therapy.
Ø Inventory Management: Oversee medication stock, manage orders, and ensure proper storage conditions for all pharmaceuticals.
Ø Cooperative Care : Work closely with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes and optimize treatment plans.
Ø Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Ø Patient Care Services: Administer immunizations,
conduct health screenings, and deliver other essential healthcare services.
Qualifications
o Education: Any graduate o Experience: Previous experience as a pharmacy executive is preferred.
o Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in pharmacy software and systems.
o Abilities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
