Personal Co-ordinator cum Accountant – CA Firm

Location: Boring Road, Patna, Bihar

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

We are looking for a Personal Co-ordinator cum Accountant to support the day-to-day coordination and accounting activities of a reputed Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate appointments, meetings, schedules and daily activities of the CA/Partner.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups and documentation.
- Maintain proper records, files and confidential documents.
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Work on Tally and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.
- Handle invoices, vouchers, receipts, payments and ledger maintenance.
- Assist with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other accounting/compliance work.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, statements and basic MIS reports.
- Coordinate with clients for documents, information and pending requirements.




- Provide administrative and accounting support as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate, preferably B.Com/M.Com.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in a CA firm.
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and basic accounting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Well-organized, responsible and qualified.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
