Offsocial is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in paid advertising, campaign management, and performance optimization.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive qualified traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, practical experience with paid media platforms, and the ability to manage multiple client campaigns in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Develop performance marketing strategies based on campaign objectives and client requirements
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA/CAC, conversion rate, and other relevant metrics
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, bidding strategies, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spends based on campaign performance
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other platform dashboards
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, conversions, and overall account performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with advertising trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices




- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaigns are executed within timelines

- Experience managing e-commerce and D2C advertising campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or quick-commerce advertising
- Understanding of D2C funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution models
- Experience managing medium-to-high advertising budgets
- Agency experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of tracking, pixels, events, and conversion APIs
