Company Description Yumleys (Ranchpride Agrocomm Pvt. Ltd.) is a premium dry fruits and nuts brand in the FMCG – Food category, delivering high-quality, wholesome snacks for mindful living.
Role Description The Manager – Digital Commerce (FMCG – Food) will own and scale Yumleys' revenue across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, and JioMart. Based on-site in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, and reporting to the VP – Channel Sales & Revenue, you will drive P&L;, availability, pricing, and platform growth. Candidates must have proven experience navigating competitive, low-margin food sector economics to maximize contribution margins and ROAS.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years total experience (3–4+ years in FMCG/Food E-commerce & Q-commerce).
- Direct hands-on management of Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and major marketplaces.
- Proven track record of handling low-margin product economics and controlling trade spends.
- Advanced Excel skills; strong command over GMV, NSV, fill rates, and ROAS.
- Full-time in office availability in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.
