Detailed :

?Responsible for all execution related activities including

Credit underwriting, risk analysis, engage with various internal stakeholders including Risk team, finance team and others

?Overseeing key diligences i.e. legal, financial, Valuation,

ESG, Commercial & Tech diligence

?Post investment deal monitoring ? coupon collection,

monitoring collateral cover, top-ups etc. as and when it gets triggered in the portfolio

?Mentor and guide a team of 3 Senior analysts in performing day to day activities as mentioned above

?

Expected skill sets:

?Experience in handling risk & underwriting function in similar set of buy side firms ? Private Credit Funds ? domestic & foreign funds

?Experience of working with Investment Banking firms

?MBA / CA in terms of qualification





?Post qualification experience of 8-10 yrs

?Expected to be profient in working with excel, word and powerpoint presentations

?Should have prior experience in having evaluated deals across various sectors specially in high yield space with exposures to multiple products i.e. credit, mez included
