Resoch Digital is seeking a results-focused Performance Marketing Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to spearhead paid digital marketing initiatives across various channels. This pivotal role involves orchestrating the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from strategic planning and execution to optimization and scaling—to fuel customer acquisition, revenue expansion, and return on investment. The successful candidate will leverage robust analytical capabilities and deep expertise in digital advertising ecosystems to drive business outcomes while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

- Formulate and implement performance marketing strategies that align directly with overarching business objectives.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring optimal launch and management.
- Strategically allocate and control campaign budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and enhance Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to track performance metrics and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Execute rigorous A/B testing protocols on ad creatives, landing pages, audience targeting, and bidding approaches.
- Partner with creative, content, product, and sales departments to craft high-impact campaigns.
- Design performance dashboards and generate comprehensive reports detailing campaign efficacy and key marketing indicators.
- Evaluate customer behavior patterns, attribution models, and conversion pathways to boost operational efficiency.
- Scout for emerging growth avenues, including recent advertising channels and untapped audience segments.
- Remain current with evolving digital marketing trends,



platform updates, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing roles.
- Show proven proficiency in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms.
- Exhibit strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems is considered an asset.
- Display superior analytical abilities with advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Communicate effectively with strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
