About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can own both performance marketing and brand communication at Cosma Fertility.

Cosma Fertility makes FertiGen, a CDSCO-approved non-hormonal fertility support device developed at IIT Bombay. We are Forbes India listed, a National Startup Award winner, and a Prix Galien India Top 3 nominee.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Meta and Google Ads end-to-end, including budgets, audiences, creatives and landing pages.

Manage click-to-WhatsApp and WhatsApp lead generation campaigns.

Track lead quality and work closely with the sales team to measure conversions.

Maintain a consistent brand voice across ads, website, WhatsApp and social media.

Prepare and maintain weekly performance reports and key metrics.

Develop ad copies and creative briefs suitable for restricted healthcare advertising categories.

What Were Looking For

3 - 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

Experience managing approximately 315 lakh/month in ad spend.





Experience in healthcare, wellness, pharma or other restricted advertising categories.

Robust hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads.

Ability to write ad copies, create briefs and work closely with creative teams.

Understanding of CRM, lead quality and conversion tracking.

Strong focus on CPA and qualified lead generation.
