Position: Performance Marketing Manager

Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (aligned with Canadian client hours)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Off Days: Every Sunday + 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: 1.5–2 years

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads, understands local SEO and Google Business Profile management, and can help convert incoming leads through effective nurturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, cost per lead, conversions, and return on ad spend.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Develop ad copy, creatives, landing-page recommendations, and campaign strategies to improve lead quality.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) listings.




- Support SEO activities, including on-page SEO, keyword planning, local SEO, and performance tracking.
- Set up and manage lead-nurturing workflows through WhatsApp, email, CRM, calls, or automation tools.
- Track leads from inquiry through conversion and identify opportunities to improve follow-up.
- Prepare regular campaign-performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Use AI tools to improve ad creatives, content, research, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong practical experience running Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile/GMB management and local SEO.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Experience with lead generation, CRM tools, and lead-nurturing strategies.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for leads and conversions.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, ad-creative tools, or automation platforms.
- Good communication, copywriting, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, education, healthcare, or another lead-generation-focused industry.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Experience with WhatsApp automation, email marketing, or CRM platforms.
