About the role:

This is the primary performance marketing role, covering the full cycle: strategy, planning, and execution — not just one piece of it. You'll be in the room when the account plan is decided, and you'll build it out in Ads Manager the same week.

You'll work directly with the founder, who is still hands-on with accounts and campaign strategy day to day.

What You'll Own:

- Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, YouTube (end to end)
- Meta Ads — Advantage+, conversion, lead gen campaigns (end to end)
- Budgets — Planning and daily pacing across multiple client accounts
- Creative testing — Hooks, angles, formats, audiences, at volume
- Tracking — GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GTM, offline conversion imports
- Funnel feedback — Diagnosing why something broke, not just flagging that it did
- Client reporting — Monthly performance reviews and forward plans
- Systems — Building and improving internal benchmarks and processes

What You Need:

- 2–4 years running paid campaigns hands-on
- Strong, working command of both Google Ads and Meta Ads (not one strong, one basic)
- Ability to speak to real numbers: monthly spend managed, CAC, ROAS, CPL, and how you improved them
- Comfort troubleshooting tracking and attribution issues independently
- Practical, daily use of AI tools to speed up work and extract insights (not just casual use)
- Strong execution instinct — this role is planning and doing, not planning only
- Ability to explain performance clearly, without jargon

On AI Usage:

We expect working, daily use of AI — not occasional use. Specifically:





- Automating repetitive work to free up time for analysis
- Using your own judgment first, then using AI to scale variants for testing
- Building full-funnel reports (not just platform-level metrics)
- Knowing where automation (Advantage+, PMax) helps vs. where it quietly wastes budget

Bonus: If you've built a repeatable prompt workflow or automation that saves real time, mention it in your application.

This role is not a fit if:

- You need to be remote — this is on-site in Indore
- You're used to slower-paced, single-platform, single-account roles
- You need daily direction after onboarding
- You're only comfortable executing, not questioning decisions (or vice versa — only pushing back without listening)
- Real client accounts and budgets from day one
- Direct access to the founder — ideas get tested quickly
