We are looking for a young, result-oriented Performance Marketer to manage and grow online sales through data-driven digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Drive online sales, leads, traffic and customer acquisition while maintaining productive CAC/ROAS.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and relevant e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions and ROI.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Coordinate with creative/content teams for high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Track sales, conversion funnels and customer behaviour using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for growth.




- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform changes and FMCG e-commerce trends.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, food or confectionery.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
- Experience in D2C/e-commerce sales and marketplace marketing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns based on measurable business outcomes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience handling FMCG/confectionery brands and online sales channels will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,969.98 - ₹35,717.80 per month
