About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising and paid marketing. The candidate will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube while working closely with the marketing and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and basic competitor analysis.
- Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spends.
- Perform basic campaign optimization to improve performance and lead quality.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, copies, and campaign requirements.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct keyword research and support search campaign optimization.
- Track campaign trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.





Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, budgets, bidding, and optimization.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics / GA4 and conversion tracking.
- Positive knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Preferred
- Experience in lead generation campaigns, preferably for real estate or other performance-driven businesses.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages.
- Basic understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and remarketing.
- Candidates with a proven track record of improving campaign performance will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
