What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies and media plans for primarily B2B clients.

Manage budgets and campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Google, X, Quora, Native ads, and more.

Execute campaigns with hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms.

Conduct keyword and audience research for multiple industry verticals.

Run A/B tests for creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize campaign performance.

Optimize campaigns based on objectives—Leads, Revenue, Website Traffic, App Installs, Awareness, etc.

Explore new and emerging ad platforms to drive client growth.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights against KPIs.

Prepare Weekly/Monthly performance reports as per client needs.





Come up with creative ad copy ideas to craft innovative marketing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in performance marketing roles, building multi-channel strategies including PPC,
- social media & affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Open-minded, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
