CERADA – Confworld Educational Research and Development Association is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversions and ROI/ROAS
- Conduct audience, creative and campaign testing
- Optimize campaigns for quality leads and conversions

Social Media Management

- Manage CERADA's social media pages
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Coordinate/publish posts, Reels, Stories and other content
- Monitor engagement, reach and follower growth
- Develop strategies to increase organic visibility and engagement

SEO

- Handle On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Technical SEO
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- Website optimization and content optimization
- Link-building and backlink strategies
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues
- Work with the website/development team when required

Email Marketing





- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
- Manage email databases and segmentation
- Create engaging email content
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates and conversions
- Develop campaigns for conferences, memberships and academic services

What We Are Looking For ✔ 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital/Performance Marketing

✔ Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads

✔ Good knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO

✔ Experience managing Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms

✔ Experience in Email Marketing

✔ Good understanding of Google Analytics / Search Console is an advantage

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to independently plan and execute campaigns

✔ Excellent English communication and writing skills

✔ Creative, proactive and target-oriented

✔ Candidates must be based in Chennai

International Conferences

Lead Generation / B2B Marketing A portfolio or examples of previous campaigns/results will be an advantage. Current Chennai performance-marketing postings also increasingly ask candidates to demonstrate measurable outcomes such as CPL, ROAS, campaign results or case studies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
