About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can own our paid acquisition strategy, optimize marketing campaigns, and drive measurable business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with new growth strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and turning marketing insights into scalable customer acquisition.

What You'll Do

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Own end-to-end performance marketing funnels focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversions.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and audience targeting.
- Work closely with the design, content, product, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze user behavior, attribution, and conversion data using analytics tools.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and present actionable insights.
- Identify new customer acquisition channels and scalable growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and advertising platform updates.
- Drive continuous experimentation to improve CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and tracking tools.




- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and improving ROAS.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
