The opportunity

We are seeking a performance-driven Performance Marketer to join our team and help build and scale GlobalGuard’s digital marke;ng and demand-genera;on engine. This role is fully dedicated to suppor;ng our marke;ng and growth objec;ves, with a strong focus on genera;ng qualified leads, strengthening our brand posi;oning and driving measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience, understands B2B and technology marke;ng,



and can turn data and customer insights into effec;ve campaigns across paid media, SEO, content, analy;cs and conversion op;miza;on.

Key Responsibili/es

- Plan, execute, and op;mize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display,

YouTube, App Campaigns) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Drive mobile app installs, website traffic, and lead genera;on while achieving target

CPI, CPA, and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and op;mize targe;ng, bidding strategies,

crea;ves, budgets, and placements.
- Conduct A/B tes;ng on crea;ves, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign effec;veness.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar analy;cs plaCorms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with ac;onable insights and recommenda;ons.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-conver;ng ad crea;ves and campaign assets.
- Research compe;tors, market trends, and emerging adver;sing opportuni;es to iden;fy new growth channels.
- Manage adver;sing budgets efficiently while maximizing return on investment.
- Stay updated on plaCorm updates, adver;sing policies, and industry best prac;ces.

Required Qualifica/ons

- Bachelor's degree in marke;ng, business,



digital marke;ng, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marke;ng or digital adver;sing.
- Robust experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience running mobile app install campaigns is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marke;ng metrics including CPI, CPA, CAC, CTR,

conversion rate, ROAS, and LTV.
- Proficiency in Google Analy;cs 4 (GA4), Firebase, or similar analy;cs plaCorms.
- Strong analy;cal skills with proficiency in MicrosoL Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads.
- Knowledge of App Store Op;miza;on (ASO).
- Ability to manage mul;ple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Strong communica;on and collabora;on skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Skills

- Familiarity with subscrip;on-based or freemium business models.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Reddit Ads.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or marke;ng automa;on plaCorms.
