Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive measurable growth across key marketing channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other performance marketing channels; analyzing campaign data; tracking KPIs; and preparing regular performance reports. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine targeting, messaging, and landing pages, as well as conducting A/B tests to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring consistent presence and coordination with the local team.

Qualifications





- Solid skills in performance marketing, including managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital channels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, campaign dashboards) to monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
- Experience collaborating with content, design, and product teams to align campaigns with brand messaging and user experience goals.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present campaign insights and recommendations clearly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear performance targets.
- Prior experience in a performance marketing or digital marketing role is preferred; internship or project-based experience will be considered.
