We are looking for a passionate and motivated Performance Marketing Fresher who is eager to build a career in paid advertising and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, audience targeting, and campaign performance, along with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.

The role provides hands-on exposure to paid campaigns for SaaS products and services targeting both domestic and international audiences.

Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, creating, and managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct basic keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Assist in creating and testing ad copies and landing page content.
- Monitor campaign performance and track metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
- Support campaign optimization to improve performance and achieve marketing goals.
- Assist with conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Support remarketing and audience-targeting campaigns.
- Prepare basic weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales,



and Product teams.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, Google Ads updates, and new marketing tools.

Qualification &

- Requirements

- Freshers / 0–1 year experience in Performance Marketing, PPC, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Basic knowledge of PPC, keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Strong interest in paid advertising, digital marketing, and SaaS products.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and work with marketing data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
