Role : Peoplesoft HCM Functional Consultant – Absences & India Payroll

Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai and Noida

Looking for experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant to lead the full implementation lifecycle with a focus on Absence Management and India Payroll. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, stakeholder workshops, testing, and post-go-live support while ensuring strict compliance with Indian statutory payroll requirements.

What will your role look like

- Lead the complete PeopleSoft HCM implementation lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live support.
- Configure and support PeopleSoft Core HR, Absence Management, and Global Payroll for India.
- Ensure statutory compliance across Indian payroll processes including TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, gratuity, and statutory reporting.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, execute fit-gap analysis, and author functional design documentation and test scenarios.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, and data migrations.
- Execute testing phases,



including unit testing, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and defect resolution.

- Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM with a primary focus on Absence Management and India Payroll (minimum 2 lifecycle implementations).
