Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and support PeopleSoft FSCM/HCM applications and integrations.

Design, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft Integration Broker (IB/PI) interfaces.

Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs, including OAuth-based authentication.

Integrate PeopleSoft with WMS, Customs/regulatory platforms, and enterprise applications.

Design and support enterprise integration workflows using middleware platforms.

Troubleshoot and optimize databases across Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Provide production support, performance monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Participate in Agile development, testing,



code reviews, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Experience

5-8 years of PeopleSoft FSCM/HCM Development experience.

Strong experience with Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Supply Chain modules.

Hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft Integration Broker and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).

Robust knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SQL, and database technologies.

Experience with WMS integrations and Customs/regulatory integrations.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
