Job Title: PeopleSoft Administrator

Location: (Remote / Hybrid / In office - City, Country) INDIA /Remote

Employment Type: (Full-time / Part-time / Contract) Contract/FTE

Pay Range: 20-22 lAkhs per Annum

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to support, maintain, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft environments across development, testing, and production. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, PIA, Integration Broker, PUM, system patching, environment refreshes, and production support.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, security, and performance of PeopleSoft applications and underlying technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administration and technical support for PeopleSoft environments across Development, Test, QA, and Production.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PeopleTools, WebLogic, and Tuxedo.
- Administer and support PeopleSoft Application Server, Process Scheduler, and PIA/Web Server domains.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Integration Broker, including gateways, nodes, handlers, and integration-related issues.
- Perform PeopleTools upgrades and PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager)



activities, including planning, deployment, testing, and post-upgrade validation.
- Apply PeopleSoft application patches, PeopleTools patches, security patches, and infrastructure updates.
- Perform environment refreshes, database refreshes, clones, and environment provisioning while maintaining appropriate configuration and security.
- Monitor PeopleSoft system performance and troubleshoot application, middleware, database connectivity, and batch-processing issues.
- Monitor Process Scheduler and batch processes, investigate failures, and resolve scheduling and processing issues.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates, keystores, certificate renewals, and related WebLogic/PeopleSoft configurations.
- Monitor system health, application availability, logs, queues, domains, and background processes.
- Provide production support and incident resolution, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot PeopleSoft connectivity and integration issues across application, web, middleware, and database tiers.
- Coordinate with database administrators, application developers, functional teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in on-call support and scheduled maintenance activities as required.
- Maintain technical documentation, installation procedures, environment configurations, and operational runbooks.
- Follow change-management, release-management, security, and production-support procedures.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Administration experience.




- Strong experience administering PeopleTools and PeopleSoft application environments.
- Hands-on experience with WebLogic and Tuxedo.
- Experience supporting Process Scheduler, Application Server, and PIA/Web Server.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with PUM and PeopleTools upgrades.
- Experience performing PeopleSoft/system patching and maintenance.
- Experience with environment refreshes, clones, and deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, middleware, web, and database tiers.
- Experience with batch process monitoring and production incident resolution.
- Experience managing SSL certificates and WebLogic/PeopleSoft security configurations.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and multi-tier environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a production-support environment and respond to critical incidents.

Preferred certifications may include:
- Oracle PeopleSoft-related training or certifications.
- Oracle Database certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Relevant Linux/Unix or cloud infrastructure certifications.
