Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving campaign performance, and achieving business growth through paid marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads & YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaigns.




- Optimize campaigns based on performance and business objectives.
- Track leads and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and videos.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign ROI.

Qualification
