We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Pega applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Pega architecture, solution design, application development, integrations, and team leadership. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and high-quality business process management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Pega applications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Define application architecture, integration strategies, and security frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Pega developers, CSSAs, and CSAs.
- Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and best practices.
- Design and implement reusable frameworks, components, and enterprise-class solutions.
- Lead application performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Oversee integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, Kafka, JMS, and other integration technologies.
- Participate in architectural reviews, code reviews, and design governance activities.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support estimation, solution planning, risk management, and release management activities.
- Drive Agile delivery and ensure successful deployment of Pega solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of hands-on Pega development and architecture experience.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom domains.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
